Electric Dough Pizza Co. is a new handmade pizza-centric restaurant concept by two-time James Beard Award nominee, Tom Gray.

Located in the historic San Marco Theatre Building, the restaurant focuses on fresh flavors and high-quality “better for you” ingredients. Along with signature pizzas that feature a long-fermented dough and Detroit-style crispy, cheesy edges.

Baked in electric ovens imported from Italy, Electric Dough Pizza Co. offers seasonally-inspired fresh salads, soups and a rotating selection of gelato and sorbets. Beverages include a full cocktail bar, domestic and imported beer, and wine, along with Tractor Beverage Co. organic craft sodas and zero-proof offerings.
